When researching wedding band prices, you’ll often find articles explaining why costs can vary depending on the day of the week, the season, how long you want the band to perform, or even how far in advance you book. At Untold, we’ve always believed things should be much simpler!
One Price, All Year Round
Whether you’re getting married on a quiet Friday in February or a busy Saturday in the height of summer, our pricing remains the same. We don’t increase our fees because it’s peak wedding season, and we don’t charge more simply because demand is high.
If we’re available, you’ll receive exactly the same great value.
We Don’t Charge for Extra Time
One of the biggest frustrations couples face is discovering that extending entertainment can result in additional charges.
Our view is simple: a great wedding party isn’t measured by the clock.
We believe an evening’s entertainment starts with your first dance and finishes with the last one. That’s why we don’t charge extra if things run a little later than planned. We want you and your guests to enjoy the celebration without worrying about watching the time.
No “Busy Date” Surcharges
Some suppliers increase prices when they become busy or when certain dates are in high demand.
That’s not how we work.
Whether we’re booking one wedding that weekend or five, our pricing philosophy stays the same. We think couples should pay for the quality of the band and the experience we provide—not because they happened to choose a popular date.
We’re Always Happy to Talk
Every wedding is different, and every couple has different priorities. That’s why we’re always happy to have an honest conversation about budgets and requirements.
If there’s a way we can help make things work, we’ll do our best to find a solution. We’re musicians, not salespeople, and we’d much rather have a friendly chat than lose a great wedding over a pricing conversation.

Band Line-up
Costs for wedding bands can vary significantly. The size of the band, experience and popularity all affect cost.
Prices for a dedicated wedding band range from as little as £1000 to £10,000+
Extras such as additional musicians, extra stage time, song requests and other add ons all increase the cost.
Unlike many other wedding bands we are happy to discuss ways to reduce your cost, such as allowing us to film, agreeing to a video terstimonial and so on.
We require a 20% deposit which is fully refundable up to a particular date (detailed in your contract).
We can also help you spread the overall cost with monthly payments.
Yes and no. While you will never see a specific charge for travel from us we do consider the location of the event when quoting.
Try and convince us not to!
We learn your first dance song and perform it live. No matter how odd the request. We have even taken a short clip of music from a film and extended it adding extra verses!
